"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.

I Have been creating some hand-drawn designs, but i need to think of the best way to upload them.
I could get a scanner and the upload them
or
I could get a camera and take pictures of my work and upload them, and if i get a camera i can take pictures of other things and Photoshop them and do more, and not just use it to upload my hand-drawn work.
